General Settings

In this section you can let Lock Stock know your organisation's contact information. This will be displayed on order forms etc.


Here you can enable the ability to change the dates of historic movements. Whenever possible leave this box unchecked, it is generally better to correct error by stock checking but this facility is available if required. This will allow users to damage your data.


Within the Pricing section you can define the current rate of VAT to be applied to your Products and define your organisation's general rules for marking up Products for public or staff sale.

Assign Departments

This section allows you to change the Departments that Lock Stock's internal reports interpret as Shop Stock, Customer Sales, Staff Sales and Stock Check.
